For ongoing emergency reports that cannot wait to be handled, please call the emergency number for your property. You find the number in your apartment information sheet.

 

Register a service report

Please describe your problem as thorougly as possible below. Do you have more than one problem to report? Please number the problems.

 

Our caretakers work Monday to Friday during daytime and will fix your problem within five working days. You do not need to be at home to open the door for the caretaker as they all have a spare key to your apartment. Once they visit your apartment they always ring the doorbell first and if no one opens the door they enter using the spare key. We will of course keep you update if the caretaker has visited your apartment and inform you about the actions taken. Convenient for both you and us!
